中西 崇文
1978年、三重県伊勢市生まれ。
2006年3月、筑波大学大学院システム情報工学研究科にて博士(工学)の学位取得。2006年より情報通信研究機構にてナレッジクラスタシステムの研究開発等に従事。2014年4月より国際大学グローバル・コミュニケーション・センター准教授・主任研究員、テキストマイニング、データマイニング手法の研究開発に従事。2018年4月、武蔵野大学工学部 数理工学科 准教授。2019年4月より武蔵野大学データサイエンス学部准教授。2025年より現職。
現在、独自の説明可能なAI(XAI)技術のAIME(GitHub, Pypi ) (日本特許登録済(特許第7533997号)、米国出願済み、ヨーロッパ、中国での出願準備中）)をもちいたシステムの研究開発やそれらのビジネス、サービスの立ち上げを目的とした企業連携研究プロジェクトを多数推進中。
総務省「AIネットワーク社会推進会議」構成員、経済産業省 「流通・物流分野における情報の利活用に関する研究会」委員、総務省「ICTインテリジェント化影響評価検討会議」構成員、等歴任。
専門は、XAI、データマイニング、ビッグデータ分析システム、統合データベース、感性情報処理、メディアコンテンツ分析など。著書に『スマートデータ・イノベーション』（翔泳社）、「シンギュラリティは怖くない:ちょっと落ちついて人工知能について考えよう」(草思社)などがある。
また、作曲家としての顔を持つ。現在、蒼木鞠子と音楽ユニットタイアップとして活動中。過去にララバイブラザーズとして3作のアルバム作品をリリース。最近では、ララバイブラザーズのベストアルバムがが各配信サイトにて配信。代表作は、伊勢宮川中学校校歌(作詞・作曲)、メリーゴーラウンド(きゃわふるTornado、作曲・編曲)などがある。実は登録者10万人越えのYouTubeチャンネル「T.N. Beats」の本人。
Takafumi Nakanishi
Ph.D from the Graduate School of Systems and Information Engineering, University of Tsukuba in March 2006. Since 2006, he has been engaged in research and development of knowledge cluster systems at the National Institute of Information and Communications Technology (NICT). Since 2014, Associate Professor and Senior Research Fellow, Center for Global Communications, IUJ, Engaged in research and development of mining and data mining methods. in April 2018, Mathematical Sciences, Faculty of Engineering, Musashino University Associate Professor, Department of Engineering; Current position is Tokyo University of Technology Professor, in his current position since April 2025.
Currently, he is promoting a number of research projects in collaboration with companies for the purpose of research and development of systems using AIME, a unique explainable AI (XAI) technology, and the launch of their businesses and services.
He has served as a member of the "Council for the Promotion of an AI Networked Society" at the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications, a member of the "Study Group on the Utilization of Information in the Distribution and Logistics Fields" at the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry, and a member of the "ICT Intelligence Impact Assessment Study Group" at the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications.
He specializes in XAI, data mining, integrated databases, sensibility information processing, and Media content analysis and more.
He is also a composer. He is currently working as a music unit "Tie-up" with Mariko Aoki. He has released three album works as "Lullaby Brothers". His representative works include "Ise Miyagawa Junior High School School Song" (lyrics and composition) and "Merry Go Round" (cawaful tornado, composition and arrangement).
In fact, he is the person behind the YouTube channel "T.N. Beats," which has over 100,000 subscribers.
